“This is my first week in Ireland. Leaving home was a really big step. I arrived on Monday and every day I’ve traveled to the city center to hand out my CV. I really want to get a job as a waitress or as a shop assistant. I’m from Croatia and my boyfriend is from Bosnia. Bosnia isn’t part of the E.U. so he couldn’t come with me. If I get a job and can save enough money we’ll get married and then we can be together here.”
