“This is my younger brother and in a few weeks time we will deploy to Lebanon together as part of the 53rd Infantry Group. I am the Infantry Platoon Sergeant and he is a Rifleman in one of the other Platoons. This is the first time we are preparing for a mission together so it’s a pretty unique experience. When he was deployed the last time I couldn’t go but training together over the past 6 weeks has been great, even if I see him a little bit more than normal!”
