“When you turn 40, you kind of come to the realization that you’ve probably lived half your life. You’ve been through a lot, and you might have lost someone close to you. These things make you realise how fast life actually goes. I lost a few people in my life last year and almost lost my father as well. So while it might sound like a cliché, you really have to cherish every single minute of your life and forget about petty problems. If I’m healthy, and the people I love are healthy and happy, then it’s a good day.”
