“I was surrendered to the DSPCA by my owner because they couldn’t look after me anymore. All of my life they kept me outside in a yard with no socialization or toys, so most of the time I was bored, and very lonely. I’m only beginning to understand play, and I’ve just discovered tennis balls – they are my favourite thing! I really enjoy going on walks with lots of nice humans, but I’m a bit tough to walk, especially if I see another dog (they scare me a little), but training classes would really help with this. I am so clever, I just need to learn how to be around other dogs. I’m looking for a forever home to love me and have me as part of their family. I would suit a family with teenagers so I can get the training and exercise I need. I promise I’ll do my best to impress you with my skills, and with the right training I’ll be a total sweetheart!” (Shadow)
