I always say, let your age go old but not your heart

“I’m here with my daughter, my cousin and her friends. We’re celebrating my cousin’s 80^th birthday. Visiting the Guinness Storehouse was her gift. She brought her friend with her who is 77, and they’re so fit you wouldn’t believe! Last night we went to Temple Bar and they danced the whole night.

We went home after midnight. You must meet them, but I’ve no idea where they are again. See, I’d like to stop and take pictures, but they’re like children running around! Ah, there they are.”

“May I ask what’s your secret being so fit?”

“Well, you have to keep yourself active! I have five grandchildren and one great-grandchild, and you just don’t have time to slow down around them. I always say, let your age go old but not your heart!”
