Humans of Dublin is looking for an enthusiastic Project Coordinator Intern to be a part of bringing in new clients for our growing platform. This position is paid based on performance. For the ideal candidate, joining Humans of Dublin will open doors to working with brands such as the Guinness Storehouse, Irish Life Health, Dublin Chamber, Pieta House, Electric Ireland, Dublin Marathon, Vodafone, Irish Rail, Google, Bord Bia, Dublin City Council, Dublin Town, Focus Ireland, Childhood Cancer Foundation, Social Entrepreneurs Ireland, and many others.

Humans of Dublin has a total of +175k followers and our pages reach over +300k people per week, with an average of +200k post engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Write project proposals that will win new clients
  • Research companies and brands and look for potential clients to get in touch with
  • Act as the point of contact between the CEO and the clients
  • Coordinate project schedules, resources, equipment and information
  • Alongside CEO, liaise with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives
  • Ensure that clients’ needs are met as the project evolves
  • Measure and report on project performance

Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in project management, from conception to delivery
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
  • Knowledge of the marketing & communication landscape in Ireland
  • Knowledge of Dublin’s social & cultural scene
  • Ability to come up with fresh ideas that will delight our clients
  • Exceptional research skills
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Passionate about social media and social impact
  • Experience with project management tools
  • Experience in website management
  • Basic graphic design skills

Nice-to-have

  • Copy-editing skills
